A new-construction commercial building in Erlanger, KY. We prewired the audio, video, and low-voltage runs through steel-stud framing before drywall went up — conduit to every plate location, dressed cable bundles to the equipment room, structured wiring to support TV plates throughout.
A new commercial build needed audio, video, and supporting low-voltage runs designed and installed during the framing phase. The GC’s schedule had AV slotted in tight between metal-stud completion and rock — our crew coordinated with the electrical and HVAC trades to pull every cable cleanly, position every backbox, and stage the equipment room before the rock went up.
Open commercial interior, steel-truss ceiling, polished concrete. The kind of project where AV needs to be specified at design and installed during framing — not retrofitted later. We ran low-voltage in conduit to support TV plates, AV plates, and the equipment-room rack.
Equipment chosen for reliability and warranty — the kind that doesn’t need a service tech showing up the week before opening.
